AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
(2-3 shifts per weekend) Store hours are 10 AM-10 PM, offering a more balanced schedule than many late-night restaurant positions. Locally owned and operated with a hands-on, supportive management team. This position is a great fit for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, stays focused during busy shifts, and takes pride in preparing food correctly and consistently. We value reliability, respect, and creating a workplace where employees feel supported.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cooking burgers and other menu items on the grill Preparing orders accurately and efficiently Keeping the grill and surrounding work area clean and organized Restocking your station as needed Following food safety and sanitation procedures Working with the rest of the staff to keep orders moving during busy periods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Able to stay organized and focused during rushes Strong attention to food quality and accuracy Willing to learn and take direction Previous grill or restaurant experience preferred
