Whether you're fine dining seasoned or eager to expand your culinary skills, this position offers a vibrant environment to grow and showcase your talents. You'll work closely with our culinary team to deliver exceptional meals that delight our guests and uphold our commitment to quality. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and food production machinery Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for various service types, including catering events and high-volume production Execute food handling techniques with precision, including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods Adhere closely to recipe guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation Support the dietary department by preparing specialized meals that meet dietary restrictions and nutritional standards Experience Previous dietary aide or food service experience preferred, especially within restaurant or catering settings Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Experience with food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and general cooking skills Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively Proven ability to handle high-volume production environments while maintaining quality standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling across different culinary methods Prior experience working in fine dining or high-end restaurant environments is a plus Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
