  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Looking for a full time kitchen cook, we have open availability, both shifts available.
Candidate must have reliable transportation and be drug free. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals that delight our guests and meet all food safety standards. Your passion for food, attention to detail, and culinary expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cooking skills in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every dish served is crafted with care and precision. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with efficiency and consistency, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation Follow established recipes, portion controls, and food handling procedures to maintain safety and quality standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or modifications based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment sanitation Monitor food inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through effective food management Collaborate with dietary department staff to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure compliance with dietary guidelines Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or similar setting Strong knowledge of food safety practices, handling procedures, and hygiene standards Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary aide procedures and dietary department operations is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and kitchen staff Join us as a Full-Time Cook where your culinary talents will shine!
