- 2024 & 2025 What You'll Be Doing Prepare and serve meals from the menu in a timely manner Ensure proper portion sizes and attractive meal presentation Check food temperatures and quality to meet safety standards Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and safe Assist with food deliveries and proper storage Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Be friendly and helpful to residents and coworkers What We're Looking For A high school diploma or GED Basic food safety knowledge Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Food service experience is helpful ServSafe certification is a plus Silver Birch Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
