LINE COOK / PREP
COOKNeon Cactus Burger Co. — Iola, KS We're building something different. Neon Cactus Burger Co. is looking for a motivated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. We're after someone who takes pride in great food, moves with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you love working the grill, staying organized, and being part of a team creating a standout restaurant experience — we want to meet you. What You'll Do Work grill and line stations during service Prep ingredients and maintain kitchen organization Assist with food assembly and ticket flow Expedite orders and maintain speed + accuracy during rushes Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen What We're Looking For ✅ Food safety knowledge and strong sanitation habits ✅ Grill experience and confidence cooking to quality standards ✅ Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency ✅ Positive attitude and reliability ✅ Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
Bonus Points If You Have:
