We run a scratch kitchen focused on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Quality, consistency, & accuracy are of the utmost importance. The right candidate will hold themselves to a high standard be able to work well under stress and handle a high volume kitchen. You are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be on your feet for 8+ hours. This person must be proficient on Grill, Saute stations & in all areas of a professional kitchen, including clean cooking practices & upholding sanitation standards; accuracy & attention to detail when executing & writing recipes; and an ability to support the team for a successful shift.
