We have a number of critical tasks that must be juggled and completed throughout the course of a day and are hoping to find another person confident in their ability to manage tasks and workers alike. Our environment can be very fast-paced and high stress. So finding a candidate used to the hustle and bustle of kitchens and the restaurant industry is critical. The ability to complete key tasks (like getting food on and off the smokers) while also helping to keep orders moving in and out of the kitchen is imperative to filling this particular role. Skills that would be helpful for potential applicants: Experience with fryers, deli slicers, and smokers (Not at all a requirement). Time management skills, both for yourself and for utilizing those around you. People skills! We pride ourselves on our customer interactions and maintaining a family friendly environment!
