Key Responsibilities:

Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures at all times Keep your assigned station and equipment clean, sanitized and orderly during your shift Safely operate your assigned station and equipment; report any functional or mechanical problems to a manager immediately Execute daily food prep in an accurate & timely manner according to recipes and direction Set up and stock assigned line station accurately and efficiently • Remain in your station preparing all food ordered throughout assigned shift Constant attention to food quality, preparation quality, and plate presentation. Maintain ticket time consistency Communicate professionally & efficiently with colleagues Perform all side duties and cleaning duties as assigned Perform additional duties related to kitchen operations as assigned by managers
