KEY FUNCTIONS

Responsible for customer experience by maintaining efficient, fast, friendly, and personalized services by developing a rapport with our customers. Maintain knowledge of products and services. Maintain the highest quality products by adhering to standard food safe procedures. Accurately ring sale orders into the Point-of-Sale system (POS); count back change to customers. Report all customer complaints to manager on duty and respond proactively to prevent customer service situations. Report potential safety hazards, employee incidents and operational inconsistencies to the manager on duty. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Is subject to possible changes in work schedule due to the operational needs of the department. Recognizes responsibilities and apply effective work habits and attitudes to meet work requirements. Is required to attend work regularly and on time. Plans appropriately for absences and assume personal accountability for work. Assist with other duties as assigned. Displays a desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment.
