EXPERIENCED LINE COOKS

to work within our busy and beautiful kitchen. Position requires experience in all line positions and advanced backbone prep responsibilities. Must have extensive knowledge of garde mange, soup preparation, braising, sauté, etc. Our menu is seasonally driven, we have a garden on site, and we strive to buy local, if that makes a difference to you. We care about our employees and work environment at 1900. Our kitchen is fun, inventive and a wonderful place to grow as a chef. We offer good pay, health benefits, 401K and an the opportunity to further your career. We are open for lunch and dinner 6 days a week. In addition, we are located in the beautiful 1900 Building where we prepare menus for a variety of special events. Catering background is a huge plus.
