Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast paced restaurant kitchens and a good job history.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
• Cook and plate dishes according to established guidelines
• Stay busy with work related tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary position
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
