Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure food storage areas are properly maintained
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about food preparation and cooking.
