Our kitchen is collaborative and friendly. You'll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and working on the line as well as potentially helping with private plated prix fixe dinners. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team. We are more than just a bar serving little burgers. For lack of a better term, we are closer to a chef driven small plates concept that just happens to be on little buns. We challenge ourselves to be innovative in the space. Needed:

Full time, open availability. Requirements Proven experience as line cook Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils A team player with good communication skills Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure Very good physical condition and endurance High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; Training from a culinary school will be an asset Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 30 pounds Must be able to move quickly on foot Must be able to stand for 3+ hours at a time Repetitive bending and squatting Must be able to use a step ladder
