Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line CookMember, you will assist in making pastas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and other food. Your role will involve being a great team player and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Responsibilities:
- Work on mostly non-pizza food prep, but with the opportunity to learn pizza side as well.
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality and food cost
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Show up on time ready to work
- Honest and Dependable.
- Previous Saute or Line Cook experience is a plus!
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Hard worker and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
