In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking items from scratch, and supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients ready to make pizzas, make sandwiches, make salads, and anything else used by the kitchen. Making sure Pars are followed and daily duties and tasks are always completed. Support the kitchen team during meal service by maintaining a clean and organized workspace Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure health standards are met Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or expired items Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to promote a safe kitchen environment Collaborate with management and cooks on anything and everything. Working together is the number one goal. Having a Positive attitude creates a great work environment. Requirements Working well with others Atleast 1 year of kitchen prep. Experience working in food service, restaurant, or food industry environments demonstrating strong kitchen skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Proficiency in basic culinary skills including knife handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Following a recipe and multi-tasking.
