Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to presentation, flavor, and quality standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials based on culinary trends and guest preferences Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining consistency and quality Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to promote food safety Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or during events, ensuring excellent food service experience Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in cooking and food preparation Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety regulations Skilled in knife handling, food presentation, and cooking techniques across various cuisines Experience working in fine dining environments or restaurant settings preferred Strong understanding of food handling procedures, kitchen safety protocols, and sanitation standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
