This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role focused on food prep, pastry production, beverage prep support, and maintaining consistent kitchen organization. We are looking for someone who can work independently, anticipate business needs, and take pride in producing high-quality food and beverage components that directly support daily service. Responsibilities Food Production

• Prepare breakfast and lunch sandwiches during service
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Maintain food quality, organization, and proper storage procedures
• Label, date, and rotate products according to food safety standards Pastry Production
• Bake cookies and other in-house pastries
• Prepare doughs and seasonal baked goods
• Monitor pastry inventory and maintain production pars
• Adjust production based on business volume and demand Beverage and Front of House Support
• Prepare syrups, cold foams, and other beverage components
• Keep prep items stocked and ready for service
• Communicate proactively about low inventory or production needs Kitchen Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep space
• Unpack and organize deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Report equipment or food safety concerns promptly Requirements
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is required
• Strong familiarity with various kitchen tools and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving others
• Basic understanding of menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry operations is a plus

Pay:
