In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets guests and the skilled hand behind the food preparation process. Your multitasking skills will shine as you manage transactions, serve delicious food, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient food service experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine culinary creativity with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Prepare a variety of food items following established recipes and safety standards, including quick service and fast food offerings Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and providing correct change Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen surfaces Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards are met at all times Experience Prior experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability in cashiering, cash handling, and retail math Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Experience working in a café, restaurant, grocery store or retail environment involving food industry practices Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality Join us to be part of an energetic team that values dedication, teamwork, and a passion for great food and exceptional service.
