In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and culinary arts will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your kitchen skills, contribute to menu execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, food-loving environment. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Assist with menu planning by suggesting innovative dish ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food with care, following proper food safety and handling procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment Support food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and special catering events Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent food handling practices combined with a solid understanding of food safety standards Experience in menu planning, catering, and serving is advantageous Exceptional teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
