Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Execute precise and consistent food preparation according to recipes and specifications. Contribute to the creation of a diverse menu that showcases the richness of Italian cuisine.

Cooking Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking. Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet our high standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. Communicate effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Food Safety:

Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas.

Menu Familiarity:

Become familiar with our menu, including ingredients and cooking methods. Contribute ideas for menu enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred. Passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to create authentic dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
