Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes Ensuring that all food temperatures are appropriate for menu item Must be able to take direction and delegate well. Promotes a team atmosphere/works well on a team. Effective written and verbal communication skill Demonstrates good judgment Committed to continuous improvement of self and others.
