We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in serving great food. This is a cross-trained position that combines front-of-house hospitality with assembling our scratch-made menu. No two shifts are exactly the same—you'll help guests at the register, build pitas and bowls, run food, and keep service moving during busy meal periods. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and creating great guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, genuine hospitality Take orders and operate the Toast POS system Assemble pitas, bowls, salads, and other menu items with speed and accuracy Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards Restock stations throughout the shift Assist with food running and dining room hospitality Keep workstations clean, organized, and food-safe Help with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks Support teammates wherever needed during service Qualifications Restaurant experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Available to work evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits $20-28/hour total compensation (hourly wage + tips) Flexible scheduling Paid training Employee dining discounts Opportunities for advancement Join an exciting chef-led opening team About Kri Kri Grill Kri Kri Grill brings the flavors of the Greek taverna to Chelmsford through the perspective of a Greek-American chef.
