As Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, supporting their overall well-being and satisfaction. Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, parties, and holiday meals Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and resident dietary restrictions
Cook Requirements:
Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, preferably in a cook or kitchen role Ability to work varying shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
