We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help ensure smooth daily operations. Position Summary The Prep Cook plays a vital role in the kitchen by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the culinary team in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in food preparation and kitchen organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, measuring, and portioning food items according to recipes and kitchen standards. Assist with daily food production and setup for service. Label, date, and properly store food items following food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management. Follow recipes, portion controls, and quality standards. Assist line cooks and kitchen staff as needed during service. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

REQUIREMENTS 2
years of previous prep cook, kitchen, or food service experience preferred Servsafe certification preferred Knowledge of basic knife skills and food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
