Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and established standards Assist in food preparation, including cleaning and cutting ingredients Maintain a clean and organized workstation Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef Assist in the preparation of daily specials Maintain kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere Qualifications Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen preferred Culinary education or relevant certifications a plus Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Good communication and teamwork skills Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
