Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to established menus, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas that meet dietary needs and guest preferences Handle food with care, following strict food safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards Cook a variety of dishes, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques to enhance flavor and presentation Support dietary department operations by helping with meal distribution and food handling procedures Contribute to catering events by preparing large quantities of food with precision and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations Requirements Proven experience in dietary or culinary roles within the food industry, including dietary aide or restaurant experience Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling procedures Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Familiarity with fine dining standards and catering services is preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
