Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to handle knives and other sharp kitchen tools safely
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
