Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of lunch items with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to support daily kitchen operations Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, knives, and prep stations safely and effectively Support catering and special event meal preparations as needed, ensuring timely delivery of delicious dishes Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas to uphold a safe and organized kitchen environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy lunch hours Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a difference! What You'll Bring Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, roasting, etc.). Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
