Duties Prepare authentic and innovative pizza recipes with precision and care, ensuring consistent quality. Manage all aspects of pizza assembly, including dough stretching, topping placement, and baking to perfection. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas based on customer preferences. Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing ingredients, portioning toppings, and managing inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and ensure timely order fulfillment. Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to guarantee guest safety. Qualifications Proven experience as a pizza maker or in a similar culinary role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices. Exceptional knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and precise topping application. Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus. Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
