Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, knives, and food prep tools safely and efficiently Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure fresh, flavorful offerings Handle food preparation tasks including dough making, topping assembly, grilling, braising, poaching, and food production Maintain high-volume production standards during busy service periods while ensuring consistency and presentation Support the dietary department with meal preparation and catering needs as required Requirements Proven experience in food handling, cooking, or restaurant environments with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely under pressure Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food production processes Excellent food service skills with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction Prior experience in dietary aide roles or dietary department environments is a plus Culinary experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens is desirable Join us to craft mouthwatering pizzas while honing your culinary skills in a vibrant team environment! Pay:

$15.34 - $20.52 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
