Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pizza Cook to join our high-volume restaurant operation. This role requires a passionate and reliable individual with strong pizza prepping and cooking skills, capable of handling busy nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering quality pizza in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards. Cook pizzas efficiently during high-volume service periods, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures. Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy nights and weekends. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience as a pizza cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment preferred. Strong skills in pizza prepping, dough handling, and cooking techniques required. Ability to work full-time night shifts, 4-6 nights per week, including weekends. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
