Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure food storage areas are properly maintained and organized
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team.
