What You'll Do Drive & Set Up:

Safely transport our food truck to various locations and handle the daily setup/breakdown of the mobile kitchen. Execute the

Menu:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes quickly and consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain Standards:

Keep the truck clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Customer Interaction:

Provide friendly service to our customers at the window while managing orders.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Proven experience working as a Line Cook or on a Food Truck . You should be comfortable managing a grill, fryer, and assembly line.

Drivers License:

You must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Comfort Behind the

Wheel:

Previous experience driving a food truck or a large vehicle is required. You must be confident maneuvering and parking the truck in various settings.

Reliability:

Since our kitchen has wheels, being on time and ready to go is non-negotiable.

Physical Stamina:
