- Prepare and serve meals according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for various dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas
- Handle food safely, adhering to all health regulations and standards
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests during meal service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals Requirements
- Experience in fine dining, restaurant, or healthcare environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Skills in meal preparation, cooking, and food presentation
- Strong understanding of culinary practices and food industry standards
