Now Hiring! Cook- Multiple Locations BaneCare Management is seeking a dependable Cook to support our dietary teams at:
- Craneville Place Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
- Dalton, MA
- Springside Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center
- Pittsfield, MA
- Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community
Dalton, MA Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure meals are nutritious, appetizing, and served according to established portion control standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Assist with meal service and kitchen operations as needed.
- Support the Food Service Director and dietary staff at each community.
- Travel between all three locations based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience required; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen teams.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work at all three locations.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
