As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of nutrition and dietary care in our comfortable and home-like setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving meals, snacks, and special diets to patients and residents Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to infection control standards Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient and resident food intake and preferences Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure menu items meet patient and resident dietary needs and restrictions Participate in in-service training and continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices About the
