The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in preparing quality food, keeping a clean kitchen, and providing great service to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and standards Assist with BBQ food preparation, sides, sandwiches, and other menu items Prep ingredients and maintain proper food storage Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain proper portion sizes and food quality Work efficiently during busy periods Assist other kitchen team members as needed Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties Qualifications Previous kitchen, line cook, or prep cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Able to follow recipes and instructions Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, hardworking, friendly, and ready to be part of a team.
