This is not an entry-level kitchen position. We are looking for individuals with real kitchen experience, strong knife skills, urgency, professionalism, and the ability to work in fast-paced event environments. Our menu is small, but everything is made completely from scratch. Precision, consistency, and execution matter here. We are building a serious culinary operation and are looking for people who take pride in their work and want to continuously improve. This position involves working events, festivals, and farmers markets, as well as supporting kitchen prep operations. Compensation Line Cook /

Event Cook:

$20•25/hour depending on experience + tips Average earnings with tips: approximately $35•40/hour

Prep Cook:

REQUIRED

for all event cook candidates. Candidates must bring their physical driver's license to the in-person interview. If you do not have a valid driver's license, please do not schedule an interview. This requirement is necessary due to company vehicle insurance and liability policies. Responsibilities Prepare all menu items according to company standards Execute food service efficiently during high-volume events Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and food safety at all times Prep ingredients from scratch with speed and precision Set up and break down event cooking stations Work collaboratively while maintaining urgency and professionalism Adapt quickly during busy service periods Qualifications Prior line cook, grill cook, or prep cook experience

REQUIRED

Strong knife skills

REQUIRED

Ability to properly and safely use kitchen knives is mandatory Experience working in high-volume kitchens preferred ServSafe certification recommended but not required Ability to work weekends, events, and long shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to self-correct, accept feedback, and continuously improve Strong work ethic and desire to become the best at your craft
