Baltimore, MD Job Details Full-time $17.00 - $21.75 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Food production Full Job Description Job Summary Under the direction of the Manager of Food Service, the Grill Cook Position is responsible for preparing food according to recipes in compliance with food safety regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSTION
Set up and break down workstations Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation, ensures all equipment and utensils are sanitized appropriately between use knowledge of food product Ensure food is stored at appropriate temperature and appropriate time frame Ensure food items are labeled and dated correctly Maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service towards all Adhere to

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Educational Requirements High School Diploma/ Equivalent preferred. Successful completion of an accredited culinary school preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS CULINARY CERTIFICATION PREFERRED WORK ORIENTATION AND EXPERIENCE
Two years cooking experience in a hospital or hotel environment to include food preparation, distribution and service
OTHER REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO ASSIGNED AREA
Bend, stoop and lift 25lbs. Stand for prolonged periods of a time
