Job Description
One Eleven Main, an upscale American restaurant in Bel Air's historic Main Street district, is currently seeking an experienced, professional line cook. We operate a scratch kitchen with a focus on consistently producing excellent results. Qualified applicants should forward a resume to schedule an interview. Applications without a resume will not be considered. Pay commensurate with experience.
Applicants should have:
- -2 or more years experience in a scratch kitchen, with an emphasis on fine dining, seasonal ingredients, and a changing menu
- -Ability to work multiple stations, including both hot and cold items
- -A working knowledge of current food trends and how they are utilized
- -A proven track record of employment, with references
- -Reliable transportation
- -A desire to succeed, grow, and learn While a culinary degree is fantastic, there is no substitute for proven performance.
