Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Support food handling procedures during meal preparation, ensuring quality and freshness Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely meal delivery Participate in catering events and special functions as needed, providing exceptional service from start to finish Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is required Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering enhances your candidacy Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your career supported every step of the way!
