Ensures food temperatures are maintained at appropriate temperatures per state and federal regulations; monitors temperatures throughout meal service.

Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.

Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food for consumption in eating establishments. Instructs attendants in regard to menu offerings and/or menu changes.

Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance. QualificationsMinimum two (2) years of experience in quantity food production.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Maryland Food Handler's Certificate preferred.
