As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Manage food inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens and pizza cutters. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in the training of new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle customer requests and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Skills Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory effectively. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing. Background in kitchen operations within a quick service fast food restaurant setting. Ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Familiarity with food service practices, including food handling and safety standards. Culinary skills with a focus on pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
