FRY COOKS.
Fried clams, scallops, shrimp, fish and lobster rolls; we are the Golden Standard in the Seacoast! Full time part time and seasonal positions open.

We are looking for outgoing, creative, fun, excited team members that will add to a memorable and locally-inspired dining experience.
PAY:

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting and portioning seafood and meat)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory
  • Ensure that food comes out in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus - we'll teach you the rest! Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
