With incredible views of Katahdin, live music on the weekends, events happening throughout the season, and the energy of the New England Outdoor Center right outside our doors, there is always something happening here. Our kitchen is centered around our wood-fired pizza oven, serving up handcrafted pizzas alongside a menu built for guests coming in from a day of exploring, rafting, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, or simply enjoying Millinocket Lake. What you'll be doing: Preparing ingredients and helping set up kitchen stations Building and cooking wood-fired pizzas Receiving and properly storing deliveries Keeping stations clean, organized, and ready for service Working alongside a hardworking team during busy, high-energy shifts Jumping in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly Experience is always a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. More than anything, we're looking for someone dependable, ready to learn, and excited to be part of the atmosphere that makes Knife Edge Brewing such a fun place to work. Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs., remain on their feet throughout their shift, maintain a flexible schedule with weekend availability, be 21+ years old, and have a valid driver's license.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
