Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Line Cook / Prepared Foods Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, delicious meals and prepared food items that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation procedures. Whether you have fine dining experience or are passionate about food industry excellence, your culinary talents will help us deliver exceptional service every day. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of menu items following recipes meticulously to maintain flavor profiles and portion control standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, knives, and food production machinery Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for daily service as well as special dietary needs or customized orders Ensure high-volume production standards are met while maintaining efficiency and quality control Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary aide roles is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment safely Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dietary department requirements and food handling regulations Ability to work effectively as part of a team in high-volume production settings Culinary experience in dining or the fast food industry is a plus Join us to bring your culinary passion to life!
