Located on scenic Peaks Island, our small (counter service) restaurant prides itself on serving a BANG, offering delicious, locally sourced cuisine in a vibrant and welcoming family style atmosphere. • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff and provide support as required.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
