Job Description

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to recipes and quality standards. They ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and mixing Cook food using various methods such as grilling, frying, baking, and boiling Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency Ensure food is cooked and presented according to quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas Store food properly and check freshness of ingredients Monitor food stock and assist with inventory management Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Working Conditions:
Working hours are 11:00am -7:00pm, Tuesday thru Saturday. Fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
