Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using established recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and assembling ingredients with precision and care. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, knives, mixers, and other culinary tools. Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and presentation. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, dietary department, or restaurant kitchen environments. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards. Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation. Skilled in knife handling, food preparation, and cooking methods specific to pizza making. Background in fine dining or catering environments is a plus for elevating quality standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team under pressure.
