The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Minimum 2 years in a high volume kitchen setting. Experience in a fine dining kitchen. Knowledge of food management practices, including portion control and waste reduction. Strong understanding of various cooking techniques.
•Must be able to lift up to 50 lb.
